Standard translation
It is a translation done by our linguists. On the very first page, in the upper right corner we mention that it is “Translation from language X to language Y”, depending on the source and target languages.
It is done by a certified translator, like every translation done by our company.
Certified translation
It is a translation done by our linguists.The extra element this translation implies in comparison to the standard translation is that at the very end of the translated document, our linguist adds an affidavit (a written sworn statement of fact made voluntarily) which certifies that the translated document faithfully follows the source document.
The translator signs and stamps the translated document.
This type of document can be delivered via email or hard copy (personal pick-up or courier).
Notarized translation
In order to provide the resulting notarized document, the notary needs to (physically) see the original document.
Save precious time and let us do it all for you: pick up the documents, certify the translations, prepare the translated documents for the notarized step, notarize the documents via our collaborators and deliver the documents via courier.
Send us a clear picture or a scan of the documents you need notarized and let us know how many copies you need. We will start the translation and meanwhile you can send the original documents for notary via courier or personal delivery to our office. After notarization, we will deliver your final documents in original and copy through courier or personal pick-up.
